Deposit & Refund Policy

Retreat tuition (minus a $500 cancellation fee) is refundable up to 30 days before the retreat. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable due to advance planning and reserved programming.

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another buyer until May 11, 2026, with a 25% administrative fee deducted.

Transfer Process

• If you request a transfer, we will reach out to our waitlist for up to two weeks to help you find a new buyer.

• During that same two-week period, you may also look for a replacement attendee on your own.

• After the two-week window ends, the ticket can no longer be transferred, regardless of the date.

Your Responsibilities

• If your ticket is successfully transferred, you are responsible for updating any travel, lodging, or other related reservations.

Lodging & Meals

You understand that lodging is not included in the retreat price and must be booked separately. Several meals are included, and others are “on your own” as outlined on the retreat details page.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own transportation, lodging, and personal items. The retreat hosts are not liable for lost belongings, travel delays, or unforeseen personal circumstances.

Participation & Conduct

This retreat is a Christian, relationally safe environment. You agree to participate with kindness, respect, confidentiality, and a posture of unity.

Health & Safety

You agree to inform the retreat team of any allergies, restrictions, or needs that may impact your participation. By attending, you assume personal responsibility for your own health and well-being throughout the retreat.

Photography & Media

Photos/video may be taken during the retreat to capture the experience. By attending, you grant permission for group or candid photos/video to be shared on the host’s platforms. 

Communication

Important retreat details will be sent via email. You agree to read all retreat communications to ensure you are prepared.

By submitting this application, you affirm that all information provided is true and that you desire to participate in a spiritually-centered, hospitable retreat experience.
